By purchasing this equipment from our online shop azura.ro, benefit from a LIFETIME GUARANTEE<\/strong>against any manufacturing defect.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any malfunction problem will be solved in our service in Romania, at our working point, just contact us by email : contact@azura.ro.<\/span><\/p>\n

Average troubleshooting time is 7 days. In 90% - 97% cases, the repair time will be 7 working days. If special parts are required that are not normally in our stock, we will inform you of the repair time, depending on the delivery time of the component(s).<\/span><\/p>\n

For warranty and post-warranty service, the product must be delivered or brought to our working point, mentioned under the heading Contact<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lies about the guarantee:<\/span><\/p>\n

The warranty is given against manufacturing defects and\/or hidden defects and does not cover normal wear and\/or maintenance of various components: gaskets, electrical fittings, cartridges, filter cartridges, etc. These are consumables.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any other warranty is excluded. The warranty does not cover defects caused by voltage fluctuations and\/or electric shock!<\/span><\/p>\n

The warranty does not cover faults caused by pressure fluctuations, excessive pressure, \"ram pressure\".<\/span><\/p>\n

The warranty is valid only if the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance are carried out in accordance with the documentation accompanying the equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The \"Lifetime Warranty\" is valid for any number of years, as long as the filter cartridges are ordered and changed on time, according to the product description both on the website and in the instructions received with the product. We accept a maximum delay of 15 days for the replacement of filter cartridges. If this exchange has not been carried out, the \"Lifetime Warranty\" will be canceled without further notification and you will benefit from the 2-year warranty from the date of purchase of the main product (not the filter cartridges). The filter cartridge exchange reference will be the calendar date of the invoice for these filter cartridges. If there is no purchase invoice for these filter cartridges according to the instructions received with the product, then the \"Lifetime Warranty\" will be void.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: the one-year period for changing the filter cartridges will run from the date of the invoice for the purchase of the filtering device, thereafter from the date of purchase of the last complete set of filter cartridges. No exceptions will be made, even if there will be a delay between the calendar date of purchase and the actual date of installation or replacement of the filter cartridges.<\/span><\/p>\n

Warranty is void in the event of resale or installation in a location other than the original location.<\/span><\/p>\n

Defects occurring during the warranty period, will be repaired only by the seller at the seller's headquarters or point of work or by authorized representatives at their headquarters.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the equipment failure was caused by improper installation, operation or maintenance or due to unauthorized interventions, modifications and \/ or adaptations to the equipment, the warranty is void and the cost of repairs will be borne by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n
