Molecular hydrogen is present in ionized alkaline water through very small bubbles. It is molecular hydrogen that provides our bodies with energy and is much more easily adsorbed by our cells, because hydrogen cannot even be stopped by metal containers. PS: Advice as a friend. Changing the water is probably the best thing you can do. Do I need to tell you about Bisphenol A (a carcinogenic chemical) that ends up from plastic bottles in water (bottled and improperly stored water) or more recently, plastic micro-particles present in bottled water?
