Wireless anti-flood auto shut-off device with 3/4 volt connection.
It is a device that is installed on the main supply pipe of the house in order to shut off the water automatically in case of a flood. It will only be installed on cold water, never on hot water. The anti-flood device contains a ceramic faucet, which cannot get blocked by rust.
A 220V socket is required near the installation site. The anti-flood device must be plugged into the socket. The device also contains an internal lithium battery for when the power is switched off for short periods.
The anti-flood device works with up to five sensors. The communication with the sensors is wireless. Communication with the sensors does not require an internet network or router. The communication is realized through the device's own system.
What are flood detection sensors?
In order for the anti-flood device to receive the water signal, a sensor is required to send this signal.
Sensors are different devices from the appliance itself that send signals to the appliance. These sensors are placed on the floor in flood risk areas. For example: kitchen sink, bathroom sink, bathroom sink, central or boiler, utility room, etc. Wherever there is a risk of flooding, that is the best place to place a sensor.
In the event of a flood, the sensor has a light signal, has an acoustic signal (like "beep, beep") and at the same time sends a water shut-off signal to the device installed on the main pipe. The device will shut off the water as soon as it receives this signal.
The anti-flood device comes with a single sensor. The remaining sensors are purchased separately. Click here to purchase additional sensors
The device can work with up to 5 sensors.
The sensors come with batteries. Each sensor contains one battery. Battery type: 23A.
Connection on the pipe: 3/4 toli with a mother and a father thread.
Anti-flooding device size: 216 mm x 136 mm x 120 mm
Sensor size: 77 mm x 35 x 87 mm
Current consumption: very low because it is powered by 12V adapter
Warranty: 2 years. Sensor batteries are not covered by warranty. We recommend changing the batteries once a year.
