• Before returning, please contact us by email: contact@azura.ro and let us know what you are not satisfied with. We will try to solve any problem and if this is not possible, we will replace the device/equipment or refund the money you paid for the product;
• If there is no technical or functional problem but you still want to return the product/equipment without a good reason, this is possible but with the mention that we will stop the value of the cartridge/filter cartridges and other accessories if they are damaged or returned in a different condition than when they were delivered.

4. How to return the product/equipment:

If point 3 is complied with, contact us by email and request the return of the product with name, surname (company if applicable), telephone number, bank account and bank. You are obliged to return the device/equipment in its original packaging with all accessories included. The product will be properly packaged so as not to be damaged during transportation. Returns are accepted only by express courier and/or personal delivery to our working point within the timetable displayed on the website. We accept any express courier company but if you wish, you can benefit from a special rate for transportation by the courier agreed by our company.

Upon receipt of the product/equipment at our point of work, its integrity will be checked. If there are problems of integrity, photos will be taken for proof and the amount of damage will be calculated and deducted from the total amount to be returned.

If the product has been delivered properly and without damage due to tampering and unauthorized intervention, you will receive the amount required to be returned in a valid bank account in lei. The money will be returned within a maximum of three (3) working days after receipt and verification of the product, necessarily in a bank account. We suggest you to make sure that you communicate us a correct bank account, because it is not our responsibility if you have communicated us a wrong bank account, and the amount of money has not reached your account.
