Delivery

Delivery will be made by express courier - Fan Courier. We will confirm by phone whether an ordered product is in stock or not. There may be cases when a product that is in stock is not available. Orders received by 3pm, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day, with the customer receiving the package within 24-48 hours. Exceptions to the rule: lack of stock of goods, delays of the courier company, high volume of orders or vacation periods.

The fees charged for deliveries are as follows:

Delivery is FREE for orders reaching or exceeding 450 lei.

For orders under 450 lei, we charge a one-time transportation fee of only 15 lei VAT included, regardless of locality (except in places where Fan Courier has no delivery, for such cases will be charged an additional fee, communicated by phone). We will not deliver until we have your acceptance. 

Product reception

Upon receipt of the parcel, if you notice any degradation or if it is unsealed, you can return it to the courier who will draw up a report of the fact and we will be able to take the necessary measures. In such cases, you obviously have nothing to pay.

If you wish to return the products for other reasons than those mentioned above, this is possible and perfectly legal, but the return courier payment will be borne by the customer. The customer has the right to return the products within a maximum of 14 calendar days according to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. We receive return by any courier company to the address mentioned in the page Contact. The amount will be returned by EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS SRL in maximum 30 working days. We do not accept the return of damaged products, used filter media and used filter cartridges (water-fed). The amount for return will be made only by bank transfer or if there is no such possibility from the customer's side, by money order.
