Ionizer warranty PurePro JA - 703 is 2 years. The built-in filter cartridge is a consumable and is not covered by warranty.

If your water source is not from the public water supply but is your own source such as well or well water, it is recommended that you send us a water analysis report. Some water sources need more filtration (specialized filters) than a water ionizer (be it a high-performance one), and we want to make sure you get the cleanest and healthiest water possible.
