4. Limitation of liability for prices

5. Limitation of liability for delivery
The delivery of products has a national area of extension and thus will be made anywhere in Romania. EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. reserves the right to carry out the confirmation of orders before their fulfillment by contacting customers. Orders received before 15.00, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day, and the customer will receive the parcel within 24-48 hours. Exceptions to the rule: lack of stock, delays of the courier company, high volume of orders or vacation periods. Delivery will be free of charge in all cities in the country for orders exceeding 450 RON (including VAT). In case of orders delivered outside the cities and / or towns outside the courier company's network, in addition to the fee charged by EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. for products or services, the customer will be required to pay a delivery fee paid directly to the courier company that performs the transportation of products, which will be brought to the customer's attention when confirming the order. We will not deliver until we have the customer's acceptance for the delivery and its cost.
EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons beyond EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L.'s control, including: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, governmental actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, civil disturbances or other impediments of force majeure, according to the customs of Romanian law. 6. Limitation of liability for payment
Payment for products ordered under this Customer Contract may be made in advance or upon delivery of the products. EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. reserves the right in certain cases to require payment in advance. 7. Limitation of liability for product warranty
Products purchased through this site benefit from the warranty practiced by the supplier of each brand, in compliance with the legal provisions in force. Thus, each product (complete product but not consumables for filter cartridges) will be accompanied by the warranty certificate of the manufacturer / importer, which provides directly or through its representatives service for the product. In the localities where the importer has no service representatives, the defective product will be repaired or replaced if it cannot be repaired, after the purchaser will send it to the EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. headquarters mentioned on the invoice. The transportation of the products to the EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. headquarters and back to the customer will be made only by express courier. The transportation cost will be borne by the customer. The warranty period of the product will be extended with the period during which the product was in service for intervention.

Warranty excludes any action on the equipment which is not in accordance with its use. Any action of misuse, knocking, unauthorized assembly, incorrect assembly, leads directly to loss of warranty. Equipment which by its construction needs to be powered from an electrical supply is excluded from the warranty if it has been damaged by electric shock and/or voltage fluctuations coming from the power supply network. Product warranty is given only for manufacturing defects. The product warranty is void if original consumables are not used. Any unauthorized tampering with the equipment will void the warranty.
The warranty is offered only for complete systems and not for consumables, replacement filters, filter media. All of the above mentioned are considered consumables and have a certain lifespan according to their specifications. These consumables cannot be guaranteed for a certain period of time but benefit from a conformity guarantee.
All marketed products correspond to the execution documentation of the manufacturers, which is attested by the quality certificates issued by specialized neutral bodies and that they meet European and Romanian standards.

Lies about the guarantee:
The warranty is given against manufacturing defects and/or hidden defects and does not cover normal wear and/or maintenance of various components: gaskets, electrical fittings, cartridges, filter cartridges, etc. These are consumables.
Any other warranty is excluded. The warranty does not cover defects caused by voltage fluctuations and/or electric shock!
The warranty does not cover faults caused by pressure fluctuations, excessive pressure, "ram pressure".
The warranty is valid only if the installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance are carried out in accordance with the documentation accompanying the equipment.
The "Lifetime Warranty" is valid for any number of years, as long as the filter cartridges are ordered and changed on time, according to the product description both on the website and in the instructions received with the product. We accept a maximum delay of 15 days for the replacement of filter cartridges. If this exchange has not been carried out, the "Lifetime Warranty" will be canceled without further notification and you will benefit from the 2-year warranty from the date of purchase of the main product (not the filter cartridges). The filter cartridge exchange reference will be the calendar date of the invoice for these filter cartridges. If there is no purchase invoice for these filter cartridges according to the instructions received with the product, then the "Lifetime Warranty" will be void.
Note: the one-year period for changing the filter cartridges will run from the date of the invoice for the purchase of the filtering device, thereafter from the date of purchase of the last complete set of filter cartridges. No exceptions will be made, even if there will be a delay between the calendar date of purchase and the actual date of installation or replacement of the filter cartridges.
Warranty is void in the event of resale or installation in a location other than the original location.
Defects occurring during the warranty period, will be repaired only by the seller at the seller's headquarters or point of work or by authorized representatives at their headquarters.
If the equipment failure was caused by improper installation, operation or maintenance or due to unauthorized interventions, modifications and / or adaptations to the equipment, the warranty is void and the cost of repairs will be borne by the customer.

10. Right to return products
The individual customer has the right to notify in writing EMIRATECH SOLUTIONS S.R.L. that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. This is realized after prior notice, by returning within this term the purchased product in its original packaging, with all accessories and without showing any signs of damage or wear, the customer bearing the shipping costs according to Romanian laws (Emergency Ordinance 34/2014In the case of filtering systems that have been put into operation and used, the product can be returned but with the mention that the filtering media, filter cartridges and filter cartridges cannot be returned because they have come into contact with water and they cannot be reused. The money back to the customer will be made on the purchased filtration system but minus the cost of the filter cartridges and filter media. The return shipment will be made with the same courier company (Fan Courier) with which the products to be returned were delivered. The money refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the products and their verification. Products found damaged, worn, defective (used filter cartridges and filter media) are not accepted for return. The money will be returned only by bank transfer, directly to the customer's account or, if this is not possible, by postal money order.

11. Disputes and final provisions
Any other problem caused by the products and services presented on http://azura.ro/ or by the information presented on this site and which is not already dealt with by any article in this document, will be solved amicably within 30 working days from the date of written notification of the problems by the user. If the conflict cannot be settled amicably, the Romanian courts of judgment shall have jurisdiction, the parties choosing the jurisdiction of the courts of the Bucharest municipality. The Client fully assumes these risks once it expresses its agreement to this Contract with the Clients.
