CREWELTER/MEDIQUA IONIZER CLEANING MACHINE

Crewelter and Mediqua ionizing cleaner / descaler.

Due to the electrolysis process, ionizers, regardless of brand or manufacturer, are susceptible to limescale clogging. This clogging process can lead to blockage of the water flow, which means that the ionizer becomes unusable. Even if the ionizer does not get clogged with scale, the ionizer considerably reduces its performance and ionization capacity, due to the fact that the scale layer deposited on the titanium and platinum plates has an insulating effect. If water does not come into perfect contact with the titanium and platinum plates, its ionization is greatly diminished.

Approximate period when cleaning is needed:

*for hard water areas: 2 - 6 months
*for areas with less hard water: 6 - 12 months.

The cleaning machine is equipped with a powerful pump and timer. It works automatically. The cleaning cycle takes about 50 minutes. The cleaning cycle can be repeated to completely remove limescale inside the ionizer.

The device is designed for cleaning Crewelter and Mediqua ionizers but can be adapted and used for any other type of ionizer. 

The machine comes with 1260 grams of cleaning solution, enough for about 10 cleanings. The cleaning solution can be purchased separately.
