Where we use the Arkal 1″ filter:

It is used for water filtration on the main cold water supply pipe before any equipment.

- is used to filter all water entering the house
- used for water filtration in agriculture
- used for water filtration in industry or any other application.

It can also be used with other filters, cascade filtration, Arkal is the first in this series as it has no consumables.

What the Arkal 1″ filter filters:

Dirt, mud, sand, iron and oxidized manganese.

Arkal 1″ filter maintenance:

- no consumables;
- it has a tap for flushing the dirty water, so you can periodically (manually) flush the water from it;
- depending on the water quality, after a certain period of time the housing will be removed and the filter cartridge made of disks will be washed with a water jet;
- if the dirt persists in the fine channels of the disks, it can be placed for 12 - 24 h in a bowl containing descaler (commercially available). After this, rinse thoroughly with a jet of water and the filter cartridge will be as good as new.

Arkal 1″ filter installation:

To be installed by a professional installer. We recommend not to use caulk but Teflon. If caltites are to be used for installation, use a very small amount.
