Molecular hydrogen is present in ionized alkaline water through very small bubbles. PS: A tip for a friend. Changing the water is probably the best thing you can do. Do I need to tell you about Bisphenol A (a carcinogenic chemical) that gets from plastic bottles into water (bottled and improperly stored water) or, more recently, microplastic particles present in bottled water? Just a Google search about „BPA in water" ori "microplastic in bottled water" and you will see that what I am telling you are not persuasion texts but the water you are drinking.
