REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE 50 GPD PUREPRO

Reverse osmosis membrane 50 GPD PurePro, for PurePro osmosis purifiers.

Compatibilities:
It will fit any PurePro purifier as well as other reverse osmosis systems with a 50 GPD capacity, provided these purifiers contain a 2.5" housing into which the membrane is inserted. There are also purifiers that contain encapsulated reverse osmosis membranes, which you change with the housing.

Purpose: water filtration, TDS reduction, purified water.

Period of use: generally 12 months, however it depends on the quality of the feed water, its TDS, its hardness. The water quality influences the lifetime of any reverse osmosis membrane.

Maintenance: no maintenance, the membrane will be changed every 24 months maximum.

Precautions in use and recommendations:

• for new membranes, it is recommended that the first 10-15 liters of water not be consumed. These liters should be disposed down the drain because this water washes the membrane of the preservative solution
• for a classic reverse osmosis system with storage tank, the water from the first two storage tanks will be disposed of to the sewer (emptied through the filtered water battery)
  
• to be used for cold water filtration only, never for hot water
• do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or with water whose quality you do not know, without first having disinfected the water before and after the filter.
